"Frequently Asked Questions"

1. How much is it?

Our rates range from $15 to $45 dollars a session and our clients invest between $130 to $416 a month. If you are just price shopping, we are sure that you can find a cheaper service in the area. But if you want a quality and effective program that is designed to really change your mind and body, than we are the ones for you.

2. How long will it take me to get to my goal?

That is one of the trickiest questions for a health and fitness expert to answer. From my experience it usually takes people 4 to 6 weeks to get mentally and physically adjusted to a new and healthy lifestyle. The visual change usually takes place after this adjustment period. A good rule of thumb for any legitamate health and fitness program is: 6 weeks slight change; 3 months noticeable change; and 6 months drastic change.

3. What if I have never worked out before? Are you guys going to push me like I am trying to enter a prize fight?

If you have never worked out before, this is the perfect place to learn because we have the most advanced and integrated methods of training that’s out. We are a great foundation for anyone who is learning how to workout. We are experts at pushing people just a little bit above what they can handle. You will get taken outside of your comfort zone, but you will not be asked to do anything that you can’t do. On many occasions we believe in our clients more than they believe in themselves!
Another thing we always tell our clients is you go at your own pace so you never have to worry about slowing the group down. Most of our clients are people that have 9 to 5 jobs and want to be tight and lean because they are tired of sitting on their butts all day long.

4. I hate diets. Are you going to put me on one?

We hate diets too. Diets are temporary. We like to educate our clients and make them conscious about what they are putting into their bodies. You know the old saying, “Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime”—Author unknown. We take the same approach. That being said if you have a deadline like a photo shoot or a wedding we can get as aggressive as you want.

5. How long is a workout session?

Workouts are usually between 55 – 60 minutes long.

6. How many times should I train per week?

That depends on what your goal is and what type of discipline you have. Clients train anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week with us. If you are super disciplined and you know that you can train on your own 2 to 3 more times, try training 2 x a week. I am a trainer and I am used to being coached so it is very difficult for me to workout by myself. I try to train with a trainer at least 3 times a week. If you are cruncehed for time and have a deadline in a month or two, go for 4 times a week. All of these variables can be determined during your consultation with one of our movement masters.

7. Wouldn’t I get better results if I trained one on one with a personal trainer?

All of our team has been affiliated with sports teams and coaching for 75% of their lives. We know the advantages of getting to your goal with the motivation of a group of people rather than just one boring trainer counting your reps for you. Our workouts are not boring psychology sessions. They are designed to blast fat and have fun while you are doing it! There have been times that the spark plug of a training session was a client and not the trainer themselves. It is much more motivating to have someone else going through your same challenges and accomplishments with you.

8. I just want to lean and tone up. Will your workouts make me bulky?

No! No! No our program will not make you big and bulky. Our clients burn anywhere from 600 to 1000 (plus) calories in our workouts. Our program is designed to make you lean and sleek like a cat!

9. I once had a trainer and he stunk I felt like I got totally ripped off. What makes you guys so different and why should I come to you?

Number one, we are not your old stinky trainer. Just because you had one bad teacher in high school does not meant they were all bad. We believe that we have the best program out so much that we are willing to back it up with a 6 MONTH GUARANTEE. We will pay all of your money back if you do not get the results you asked for at the onset of your training. We will keep you accountable because our reputation is on the line. If you are not getting results, you make us look bad. You are a walking bill board for our team!
